Booking, Pricing & Payments

All bookings are subject to acceptance by the Company. Quotations are indicative unless specifically stated otherwise and may vary based on shipment volume, load type, pickup and delivery location, urgency, fuel costs, tolls, statutory levies, waiting time, route deviations, labour requirements, and other operational factors.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Charges must be paid in accordance with the invoice, quotation, or booking confirmation issued by the Company. Delayed payment may attract interest, suspension of services, withholding of documents, or refusal of future bookings to the extent permitted by law.

The Company reserves the right to revise prices before final booking confirmation where shipment details, route conditions, or service scope materially change.

Delivery Terms

Estimated pickup and delivery timelines are indicative only and depend on road conditions, weather, traffic, operational constraints, third-party delays, regulatory checks, and other factors beyond reasonable control. While we aim to provide reliable transport services in Indore, Bhopal, Dewas, and across India, no delivery timeline shall be treated as guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery may be made to the consignee, an authorized representative, warehouse personnel, security desk, or other reasonable recipient available at the delivery location, unless specific written instructions require otherwise. Proof of delivery may include signature, OTP confirmation, call confirmation, digital acknowledgement, scan, or other reasonable evidence of receipt.

Delays & Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, service disruption, loss of business, or non-performance caused directly or indirectly by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include natural disasters, floods, fire, strikes, riots, war, civil unrest, road closures, transport restrictions, breakdowns, accidents, government orders, pandemics, labour shortages, or failures of third-party carriers or vendors.

In such circumstances, the Company shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performance and may suspend, reschedule, modify, or cancel affected services without liability, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking cancellations must be requested through our official contact channels. Cancellations made before dispatch or substantial operational allocation may be eligible for full or partial refund depending on costs already incurred. Once a vehicle has been allocated, goods have been picked up, route planning has commenced, labour has been engaged, or third-party charges have been incurred, cancellation charges may apply.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and may be subject to deduction of administrative, banking, labour, route, toll, and operational charges. Separate commercial contracts or service-level agreements may override the standard policy where specifically agreed.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of reputation, or loss arising from delay.

Our liability, if any, for direct loss or damage shall be limited to the lower of: (a) the actual proven value of the affected goods; or (b) the amount of Charges paid for the specific shipment; unless a different liability arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing. No claim shall be entertained unless raised within a reasonable time along with supporting documents, including proof of value, proof of damage, and booking details.

Prohibited Goods

Users shall not book or attempt to transport goods that are illegal, hazardous without proper declaration, explosive, flammable, toxic, radioactive, prohibited by law, counterfeit, stolen, perishable without prior approval, or otherwise unsuitable for normal freight handling. We also reserve the right to refuse goods that may endanger persons, vehicles, infrastructure, public safety, or legal compliance.

If prohibited or undeclared restricted goods are found, the Company may refuse transport, stop transit, report the matter to authorities, dispose of the goods where legally required, or recover related losses and expenses from the User.

Insurance & Risk

Unless specifically agreed in writing, the Company does not automatically provide transit insurance for every shipment. Users are advised to obtain suitable insurance coverage for goods in transit, especially for high-value, fragile, sensitive, or commercially critical consignments.

Risk in the goods may pass in accordance with the specific service arrangement, commercial invoice, or transport terms applicable to the booking. Where insurance is arranged through the Company on request, the coverage shall be subject to the insurer’s policy terms, exclusions, claim procedures, and settlement rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, structure, graphics, branding elements, logos, service descriptions, and layout, is the property of VTC INDIA LOGISTICS SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED or is used with appropriate permission.
